Payments

Shopping is via my Etsy shop. Click on a pattern and you will be taken to that item on Etsy. You can then easily browse the patterns & place your order. Etsy uses PayPal as its payment method. If you prefer to use a credit or debit card, you can also find Butt Knits patterns at DiaperKit.com. Visa & MasterCard are accepted there. If you would like a non-Butt Knits pattern listed there please contact me.US funds only.

Returns

All pattern sales are final.

Customer service is a top priority at Butt Knits.  I am available by email Monday-Saturday to answer any pattern questions you may have. I am also happy to answer questions about cloth diapering and wool soakers in general. Email me using the Contact Page or directly at info@buttknits.com.
